Team Training session conducted by Barry Moore featuring 75 minutes of high energy plyometrics combined with strength training. The session is designed in a Boot Camp environment incorporating super & tri-set exercises. Athletes are positively motivated and challenged mentally as well as physically to accomplish their goals. 

Team training available with class minimum of 7, maximum 15 athletes.
