Personal Training (PowerFit, Fit for 2, Fit for 3):
1.  Rescheduling/canceling of a participant’s session requires a full 24-hour advance notice via email/phone from the time of your scheduled training session to avoid billing.

2Interruption of service
, such as missing two or more consecutively scheduled due to vacation or personal matters, with a plan to continue workout within 30 days, requires written or verbal notice to
getmoorefitness stating anticipated continuation. Except in circumstances of emergencies, a minimum 48-hour notice is required to avoid charges for pre-scheduled appointments.

3Cancellation of services entirely, indefinitely or permanently, requires 7 days notice to avoid charges for sessions already scheduled.


Better Half, Group Fit & Boot Camp (Classes of 4 or more people):

1. Group sessions are scheduled in advance, month-to-month.  Participants are required to pay for the scheduled number of sessions for that month, whether they attend or not for any reason. Participants who miss a class or classes during the month are allowed to “make-up” missed classes by attending another scheduled session within the same month only.

2Participants who wish to discontinue their class or group sessions for an upcoming month are required to provide
getmoorefitness  with 7 days written or verbal notice in order to avoid being charged for all sessions scheduled for the upcoming month. (For example, a participant currently enrolled in a January class who plans not to continue in February, must give notice of this intent no later than by January 24th.)

Returned Checks

A returned check charge of $25.00 will be incurred for all returned checks.
