the better half is a monthly workout that is designed to help YOU create your better half! Whether it's jiggly-arms, dimply-legs, or a flabby mid-section, the better half will jumpstart you into sculpting a better body.

the better half is a medium-paced circuit-training class that offers a combination of body conditioning, muscle toning, and cardio exercises intended to target the upper and lower body. Involving a blend of light weight training, pilates, plyometrics, and yoga. This workout is designed to meet every woman's fitness level.


Focusing on personal training for herself nearly 9 years ago,
Nicole has decided to help other women learn her self-taught techniques, including workouts that get results and offer a variety of exercises that are actually fun to do.
Nicole has patterned the better half after her own personal fitness regimen that helped her get back into pre-motherhood shape. (Despite what he might say, Barry has had nothing to do with getting her fit!). Learn her favorite workouts for lifting, tightening, firming-up those problem areas, and for building strength, flexibility, as well as
improving energy levels.
